The Standard

Concierge Private Duty Nursing at Home

Private duty nursing is for families who want a licensed RN or LPN in the home, assisted living, memory care, rehab, hotel, or another private setting, without waiting on insurance authorization or a traditional home health schedule.

CSN provides flexible RN and LPN support for medication reconciliation support, pillbox setup when appropriate, medication education, chronic-condition check-ins, diabetes support, glucose sensor changes, insulin or other ordered injection support when clinically appropriate, IVF medication or injection support when ordered and appropriate, post-operative nursing support, vitals and wellness observations, ostomy support, and family teaching for ordered routines or equipment.

Nursing support can be one-time, short-term, recurring, or longer-shift depending on the need. Some families want a focused RN visit. Others want several hours of licensed nursing presence, overnight nursing, or recurring private-duty shifts. We match the service to the actual need.

Private duty nursing can sit alongside physician care, hospice, VNA/home health, therapy, assisted living, memory care, or facility staff. CSN adds a private licensed nurse when the family wants more time, attention, documentation, education, and follow-through.
