In-Facility Private Care in Greater Boston.

Private caregiver or nursing support inside assisted living, memory care, rehab, hospital, hospice, or senior living settings, working alongside the facility team.

The Standard

One-to-One Support Inside Facilities

Even excellent facilities are not built for constant one-to-one attention. Sometimes families want a familiar person focused only on their loved one.

CSN places private caregivers and nurses in assisted living, memory care, rehab, hospital, hospice, and senior living settings. Support can include companionship, safety presence, personal care where allowed, and help with meals and activities. Teams also cover evenings, overnights, appointments, transitions, and family updates.

We work collaboratively within facility rules and alongside the facility team. Our role is to add focused one-to-one support, not replace staff or override the facility care plan.

This service is especially valuable after a move to memory care, after hospitalization, during rehab, during hospice, during evening agitation, at meals, overnight, or when family wants clear updates from someone whose sole focus is their loved one.
