RN-Led Private-Pay Home Care | 24/7, Live-In & Concierge Nursing | Greater Boston

Built by a Nurse.
Designed for Families
Who Need More.

CSN was built for Greater Boston families who need more than a caregiver at the door. They need reliable teams, clear documentation, direct nurse oversight, and a home care partner who understands complex aging, dementia, and recovery.

Our Story

Why Consistent Solution Nursing Exists

Our founder is a registered nurse. In emergency rooms, on telemetry floors, in memory care units, watching families face one of the hardest situations a person can face. A parent declining. A spouse who can no longer be left alone. A hospital discharge with a pamphlet and a prayer.

Our founder saw families accept home care that was too often reactive, inconsistent, and disconnected from the clinical realities happening inside the home.

CSN was built because there needed to be another option.

The model is simple: what if the person responsible for your loved one’s care at home was actually a nurse? Not in title. In practice. A nurse who does the assessment, writes the plan, selects the caregiver, monitors the case, and answers the phone when you need them.

That is CSN. We provide private-pay home care with long-term care insurance documentation support, nursing-level oversight, written care plans, and caregiver matching built around the person, not just the open shift.

“I built CSN to be the agency I would want for my own family: clinically aware, organized, responsive, and honest about what a situation actually requires.”

The Team

The People Behind Every Case

Every family we serve has a nurse they can call. Every caregiver we place has an RN behind them. This is the team that makes that possible.

Fernando
Founder & Director of Nursing, RN
Built CSN as a registered nurse with a background in emergency, telemetry, and dementia and memory care. That clinical foundation shapes how CSN works: every case begins with a registered nurse assessment and a written care plan, with nursing oversight that continues for as long as care is in place.
Sandra, RN
Part-Time RN, Clinical Overnight
Brings clinical nursing experience and precision to overnight care. She supports CSN's most complex cases: clients who require nursing-level oversight after dark.
Krystle
Compliance & HR Administrator
Runs the operational infrastructure that makes clinical excellence possible: caregiver compliance, documentation, regulatory requirements, and hiring standards. If CSN runs without friction, it is because of her.
Zoey
Zoey. Greets everyone. Supervises no one.
Zoey is CSN's unofficial greeter and full-time morale officer. She holds no license and no clinical role, and she supervises no one. What she offers is the reminder behind everything CSN does: care is personal, and the details of a person's day matter.
What We Stand For

Care That Honors. Service That Uplifts.

Trust

Families hand us the most important people in their lives. We earn that trust by being transparent about what a situation actually requires, even when the answer is harder than what they hoped to hear.

Well-Being

We look at the whole person. Physical health, emotional health, cognitive engagement, social connection, dignity. A registered nurse sees all of it. A good caregiver addresses all of it.

Family

Home care should bring families closer together, not create more anxiety. We communicate proactively: daily progress notes, direct RN access, no surprises, so families always know what is happening.
