Home/Services/Hospice Support

Hospice Support at Home in Greater Boston.

Comfort-focused personal care, companionship, overnight support, and family support alongside the hospice team.

The Standard

Support in the Hours Between Hospice Visits

Hospice provides the clinical plan. Families often still need steady, familiar support in the hours between hospice visits.

CSN hospice support provides private-pay caregivers and, when appropriate, nursing support to assist with personal care, companionship, meals, comfort routines, repositioning assistance within scope, overnight presence, and communication with the family.

We are not the hospice provider. We work alongside the hospice team and follow the family’s goals, facility expectations, and hospice guidance. Our role is to bring calm, consistency, and dignity to the hours when the hospice team is not physically present.

This is sensitive care. The caregiver’s tone, pacing, presence, and reliability matter. We keep the approach gentle, calm, and family-centered.
