Parkinson's Home Care in Greater Boston.

Support for Parkinson’s routines, mobility, fall prevention, medication reminders, meals, hydration, and changing care needs.

The Standard

Parkinson’s Care Requires Routine and Flexibility

Parkinson’s can change hour to hour. The right care plan respects both the routine and the unpredictable parts of the disease.

CSN caregivers support mobility, transfers, safety, meal routines, hydration, exercise reminders, appointment support, medication reminders, and daily structure. They are trained to slow down, allow time, and adjust the pace around how the client is doing that day.

Nurses support the care plan as needs evolve and help families recognize patterns worth sharing with the physician, therapist, care manager, or existing care professionals. We do not replace medical care; we help carry the daily routine that keeps the person safer and more supported at home.

The goal is steady, person-centered support that protects dignity, reduces rushing, and keeps the family informed as needs change.
